Matt Hall Jazz, Trombonist

Matt Hall performs around the Tri-Cities, in the Knoxville area, and in the Nashville area with various groups such as The Streamliners Big Band, the Nashville Jazz Orchestra, the Diamonds Jazz Group, amonst others. He has, in the past 3 years, performed with artists such as Jim Pugh, Mike Tomaro, Andy Page, Charles Goodwin, Fred Goodwin, Billy Huber, Roy Agee, Don Aliquo, Rick Simerly, Eddie Dalton, Martin Walters, Bill Perkins, Sloan Hill, Bob Mintzer, Sean Jones (member of Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Wynton Marsalis), Keith Brown, Donald Brown, and Rusty Holloway. Matt Hall has competed in various jazz contests such as the Eastern Trombone Workshops Jazz Trombone Competition and National Jazz Ensembles: Grammy Jazz and the Jazz Band of America. Matt can also be seen from time to time at Mo Daddy's in Asheville, NC at the Soul Jazz Jam with Sean Mason and Matt Willams. Matt plays Shires, King, and CG Conn Trombones.
